The centormail now as well as being licenced for standard royal mail post can now also carry a cleanmail license offering a12% discount off your standard postage costs.

cleanmail can also be used via either the opti 30 or any of the range of ultimail franking machines.
Cleanmail is a Royal Mail discount which provides up to 12% off of your costings through sending out over 1,000 items in one batch.
Cleanmail uses blue ink rather than red to help the post office recognise that cleanmail has been used.
SOME THINGS SHOULD BE BLUE!
All you need is an FP machine with Cleanmail Advance license application capability.
FP optimail, ultimail or centormail are all capable of applying the discount license.
Our machines are approved by Royal Mail to apply the license.
What’s more your mail will stand out with the distinctive blue franking mark.
Royal Mail require certain areas of the mailpiece to have no markings, these are called clearzones. These areas are where Royal Mail barcodes will be printed on each item. The barcodes are for Royal Mail sorting machines to print and read codes on letters to enable mechanical sortation.
Royal Mail will supply you with a licence number and this must be applied to the envelope on your post. This can be done by certain franking machines. (The FP Optimail 30, FP Ultimail and FP Centormail franking machines are all capable of applying this licence).
